By accessing or purchasing from Nurturing Kings Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

Nurturing Kings Academy offers digital products including online courses, downloadable guides, and coaching services. All digital products are delivered electronically through our platform powered by Kajabi. Access to purchased products is granted upon confirmation of payment.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Nurturing Kings Academy course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for coaching sessions that have already been completed or for the free guide download. To request a refund, email us at deleon@nurturingkingsacademy.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our courses — including text, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Nurturing Kings Academy and Deleon Smalls. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without express written permission.

5. User Accounts

When you purchase a product, you will create an account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Coaching Services

The Raising Kings Strategy Call is a 45-minute 1:1 coaching session with Deleon Smalls. Sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows without prior notice forfeit their session.

7. Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability
